About Me

In recognition of accomplishing the highest volume of sales in 2005, I have been
named “Hogan & Stone Agent of the Year.” In 2004, I was named “Agent of the
Month” five times competing with more than 60 other full time Hogan & Stone
associates statewide. I also received the “Outstanding Achievement Award” in 2003.
Today, I am working harder than ever to deliver 100% satisfaction to every client.

In addition to helping my clients with their residential and commercial properties, I
also consult on the creation, marketing and sales of condo conversions, which have
become increasingly popular as affordability and the second home market make
these extremely profitable if handled correctly.

Due to my clients’ interests and assets, I have also developed a special expertise in
marine real estate including dockominiums, moorings and floating docks--not to
mention that I have found tremendous success with the waterfront/water view home
and condominium market in and around Newport.

Although I spend much of my time working, I make time to play Rugby with the
Newport Rugby Football Club, go boating and surf.
